(TSX: GCL) paid a dividend of $0.2011 per share, as well as a dividend of $0.1780 per share, representing a total amount per share of $0.3791 for the period of August 25 to December 31, 2009 to the recorded shareholders of the Company as of the end of the business day on December 31, 2009.
