BOUCHERVILLE, QUÉBEC – April 18, 2006 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,54 cents per unit for the period from April 1, 2006 to April 30, 2006, to be paid on May 15, 2006 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on April 28, 2006.
