BOUCHERVILLE, QUÉBEC – January 19, 2007 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,97 cents per unit for the period from January 1, 2007 to January 31, 2007, to be paid on February 15, 2007 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2007.
