BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – June 20, 2012 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX:GCL) announced today a cash dividend of $0.18 per share for the second quarter of 2012. This dividend shall be paid on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on June 29, 2012.
