BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – September 19, 2012 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX:GCL) announced today a cash dividend of $0.18 per share for the third quarter of 2012. This dividend shall be paid on October 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on September 28, 2012.
