(TSX: GCL) (“Colabor” or the “Corporation”) announced this morning the closing (“Closing”) of the previously announced recapitalization transactions (the “Recapitalization Transactions”), including a $50 million rights offering (the “Rights Offering”) pursuant to which 74,626,866 common shares of Colabor (“Common Shares”) were issued.
