Colabor Income Fund announces december 2005 distribution

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – December 16, 2005 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,54 cents per unit for the period from December 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005, to be paid on January 16, 2006 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2005.
