BOUCHERVILLE, QUÉBEC – February 16, 2006 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,54 cents per unit for the period from February 1, 2006 to February 28, 2006, to be paid on March 15, 2006 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2006.
