Boucherville, Quebec, March 3, 2008 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX: CLB.UN) (“Colabor” or the “Fund”) announced today that Colabor Limited Partnership has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Bruce Edmeades Co.
