Colabor Group Inc. declares a quarterly dividend of 26.91 cents per share

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – December 20, 2010 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) announced today a cash dividend of 26.91 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2010. This dividend shall be paid on January 17, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on December 31, 2010.
