BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – December 19, 2011 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX:GCL) announced today a cash dividend of 26.91 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2011. This dividend shall be paid on January 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on December 30, 2011.
