Boucherville, Quebec, September 11, 2014 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) (“Colabor” or the “Corporation”) today announced that it has acquired a majority of the assets of Marcotte Alimentation (“Marcotte”), a leading distributor of food and non-food products based in Trois-Rivières, Quebec.
