Louis Frenette President and Chief Executive Officer

Louis Frenette has extensive experience in the food industry. Before joining Colabor in 2019, he notably served as President and CEO of Parmalat Canada, Bonduelle North America and Danone Canada.

Colabor - Pierre Blanchette

Pierre Blanchette Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Pierre Blanchette has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Before joining Colabor in 2021, he held key positions at Fiera Capital Corporation, including Senior Vice President, Treasury and Tax, and Senior Vice President, Finance.

Kelly Shipway Vice President, Sales, Marketing,and Negotiations

Over the past 25 years, Kelly Shipway has held key roles in sales, business strategy, and marketing within the agri-food industry, notably for Danone, Keurig, and Nutrinor Cooperative.

Colabor - Elisabeth Tremblay

Élisabeth Tremblay Vice President, Human Resources and Communications

Élisabeth Tremblay has strong expertise in labor relations, change management, and organizational development. She has held vice-presidential positions at Canada Bread Company and Saputo, among others.

Colabor - Michel Delisle

Michel Delisle Vice President, Information Technology

Michel Delisle joined what would later become Groupe Colabor in 1993. Since 1999, he has held the position of Vice President, Information Technology. He also served as President of Gestion Informatique Colabor from 2000 to 2005.

Colabor - Bernard Carrier

Bernard Carrier Vice President, Operations

Before joining Colabor in 2021, Bernard Carrier accumulated two decades of experience in logistics and the food industry, notably with Gardaworld Cash Services, Sleeman Breweries, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Colabor - Jean-Roch Thiffault

Jean-Roch Thiffault General Manager, Pêcheries Norref

Vice President, Operations, Viandes Lauzon

Jean-Roch Thiffault has over 40 years of experience in meat and seafood preparation, processing, and distribution. He joined Norref in 1995 as Vice President of Sales and has been serving as General Manager since 2010.

Marie-France Laberge Corporate Controller

Marie-France Laberge has over 25 years of experience in finance. She has worked for FLS Transportation Services, GDI Integrated Facility Services, and KPMG. Ms. Laberge is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Colabor - Pascal Rodier

Pascal Rodier General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pascal Rodier has extensive experience in legal affairs, compliance, and governance. Before joining Colabor in 2021, he worked at Danone, where he held the positions of Head of Compliance – North America and Senior Director of Legal Affairs for Canada.
