BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – March 19, 2013 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) announced today a cash dividend of $0.18 per share for the first quarter of 2013. This dividend shall be paid on April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on March 28, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act.
