Boucherville, Québec, March 30, 2011 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) (“Colabor” or the “Company”) announced today the closing of the acquisition of the assets of Edfrex Inc. (“Edfrex”), a distributor affiliated with Colabor operating mainly in New Brunswick.
