Colabor Group Inc. declares a quarterly dividend of 26.91 cents per share

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – June 21, 2011 – Colabor Group Inc. (TSX:GCL) announced today a cash dividend of 26.91 cents per share for the second quarter of 2011. This dividend shall be paid on July 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on June 30, 2011.
