BOUCHERVILLE, QUÉBEC – August 21, 2006 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,97 cents per unit for the period from August 1, 2006 to August 31, 2006, to be paid on September 15, 2006 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2006.
