BOUCHERVILLE, QUÉBEC – March 21, 2006 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,54 cents per unit for the period from March 1, 2006 to March 31, 2006, to be paid on April 17, 2006 to the Fund?s unitholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2006.
