Colabor Income Fund announces the filing of a preliminary prospectus

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – May 25 , 2005 – Colabor Income Fund (the “Fund”) and Colabor, Limited Partnership are pleased to announce that the Fund has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authority in each of the provinces of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of units of the Fund. The Fund shall proceed to indirectly acquire the food, food-related and non-food product distribution and marketing business currently operated by Colabor Inc. Colabor Inc. will continue to retain an indirect interest in the Fund following the completion of such acquisition.
