Colabor Income Fund announces january 2006 distribution

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC – January 19, 2006 – Colabor Income Fund (TSX : CLB.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 8,54 cents per unit for the period from January 1, 2006 to January 31, 2006, to be paid on February 15, 2006 to the Fund’s unitholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2006.
