Pierre Blanchette Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Pierre Blanchette has nearly 30 years’ experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Colabor in 2021, he held the positions of Senior Vice-President, Treasury and Taxes, and Senior Vice-President, Finance, at Fiera Capital Corporation.

Kelly Shipway Vice-President, Sales, Marketing and Trading

Over the past 25 years, Kelly Shipway has held critical roles in sales, sales strategy and marketing in the agri-food industry, notably for Danone, Keurig, and Nutrinor Coopérative.

Élisabeth Tremblay Vice-President, Human Resources and Communications

Élisabeth Tremblay has solid expertise in labor relations, change management and organizational development. She has held vice-presidential positions at Canada Bread Company and Saputo, among others.

Michel Delisle Vice-President, Information Technology

Michel Delisle joined what is now the Colabor Group in 1993. Since 1999, he has held the position of Vice-President, Information Technology. He was also President of Gestion Informatique Colabor from 2000 to 2005.

Bernard Carrier Vice-President, Operations

Before joining Colabor in 2021, Bernard Carrier had accumulated two decades of experience in logistics and the food industry, notably with Gardaworld Transport de Valeurs, Brasseries Sleeman and Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Vice-President Operations Viandes Lauzon

Jean-Roch Thiffault has over 40 years’ experience in meat and fish preparation, processing and distribution. He joined Norref in 1995 as Vice President of Sales, and has held the position of General Manager since 2010.

Marie-France Laberge Corporate Controller

Marie-France Laberge has over 25 years’ experience in finance. She has notably worked for Services de Transport FLS, GDI services aux immeubles and KPMG. Ms. Laberge is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

Pascal Rodier General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pascal Rodier has a solid background in legal affairs, compliance and governance. Prior to joining Colabor in 2021, Mr. Rodier worked for Danone, where he held the positions of Chief Compliance Officer – North America and Senior Director of Legal Affairs for Canada.

Warren White Chairman of the Board
Warren J. White has held numerous executive positions with major international corporations, including CGI, Alcan, Dominion Textiles and Lafarge, with responsibilities ranging from information technology to finance, procurement and strategic planning. He retired in 2015, but continues to serve on boards including Supremex, Circa Enterprises and Colabor.

Mr. White is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from Concordia University, where he currently teaches information technology in the EMBA program.

Robert B. Johnston Robert B. Johnston is Executive Vice-President and Chief Strategy Officer of The InterTech Group.

He was previously Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Hudson’s Bay Company. He is Chairman of the Board of Supremex. He is also a director of RGC Resources, Circa Enterprises, Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee and FIH Group PLC.

Mr. Johnston holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University.

He has also completed the Advanced Management and Leadership Program at Oxford University.

François R. Roy François R. Roy has been a corporate director since 2010.

● Chief Financial Officer of Société Télémédia
● Vice-President, then Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Québecor.

Denis Mathieu Denis Mathieu has extensive experience in the distribution sector. He is currently President and CEO of Novexco, Canada’s leading distributor of office products.

He has also held :

● Executive Vice-President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Uni-Sélect, Canada’s largest automotive parts distributor

● various management and executive positions at Transcontinental and Laurentian Group Corporation.

Mr. Mathieu is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Laval and an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke.

Danièle Bergeron Danièle Bergeron has worked in retail, food processing, distribution and commercial real estate. She sits on the boards of Kamik and Globocam, as well as Colabor.

She has developed solid experience in strategic positioning, digital and organizational transformation in competitive markets and changing environments.

Ms. Bergeron has been:

● President and CEO of Mayrand
● President of Mobilia
● Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer of Sail
● Executive Vice-President of Maison Ogilvy.

She holds an executive MBA from McGill-HEC and ASC certification from Université Laval, where she also completed training in IT governance.

Marc Beauchamp Marc Beauchamp has over 42 years’ experience in the private equity and venture capital industry.

He founded Novacap, which has become one of the world’s leading private equity and buyout firms. Under his leadership, Novacap has enabled numerous companies to grow and become world-class players in their respective markets.

Mr. Beauchamp has served on several boards, including those of:

● Novacap
● several of his portfolio companies
● and the McGill University Endowment Fund.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Fraser Institute. He is also involved in the Société St-Vincent Paul’s school retention program.
He holds an HBA from the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Mr. Beauchamp has received several awards during his career, including:

● and “Capital bâtisseur” from Réseau Capital.

Laurie Gauthier Laurie Gauthier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from HEC Montréal. Throughout her academic career, she has distinguished herself by winning various scholarships for excellence.

She has worked in the finance industry for nearly 10 years, cultivating solid experience in strategy and financial management.

A young agri-food entrepreneur, she is co-founder of Belov, an innovative infant nutrition company. Ms. Gauthier also acquired La Mère Poule, founded in 1994, where she led the complete renewal of operational and technological processes.

In addition, Ms. Gauthier gives lectures and invests in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
