Groupe Colabor Inc. and its affiliates (including Les Pêcheries Norref Québec Inc., Transport Paul-Émile Dubé Ltée., Gestion Colabor Inc., Colabor, Société en commandite and Le Groupe Resto-Achats Inc., hereinafter collectively “Colabor”) are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the protection of personal information entrusted to us and that we collect about you.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal information we collect, how we use it and how we disclose it to third parties. It also describes the rights and choices you have with respect to your personal information. It applies whenever you interact with us, including when placing an order, visiting our website at http://www.colabor.com and when visiting any webpages accessible from our website that refer to this Policy, (collectively, the “Site”). This includes accessing our Customer Access portal, participating in our promotions, or by using our services in any other way. In addition, this Policy applies to the personal information we collect in order to administer orders you place, including those placed by your employees, agents, suppliers and other contacts.

In this Policy, the term “personal information” generally refers to any information (in any format) about an identifiable individual, including their name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, etc. Information that is anonymized or aggregated and that cannot be directly or indirectly associated with an identifiable individual is not considered to be personal information.

2. The Personal information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Colabor only collects personal information that is necessary to provide you with our products and services and for the other purposes set out in the section “How We Use Your Personal information.” In particular, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Name and contact information, which may include your email address, residential address and telephone number. We may collect this information in a variety of situations, such as when you contact us for an order, apply for a position with Colabor, or otherwise interact with us in your role as a representative of a client. We may collect this information directly from you or receive it from third parties, such as your employer.

Employment-related information, such as information about your professional experience and education. We collect this information if you are applying for a position with Colabor, including through the “Careers” section of our Site. We collect the personal information contained in your application or generated in connection with your application in order to evaluate your application and to determine whether to offer you a position. We may also, with your consent, collect personal information about you from third parties as part of a pre-employment reference or background check.

Information related to online activity, including your IP addresses, language preferences, and the pages you consult on our Site. We generally collect this information through the use of cookies or other similar technologies (described in the section “Cookies and Other Similar Technologies”) when you visit our Site. We consider this information to be personal information only if it can identify you as an individual.

3. How We Use Your Personal information

We may use your personal information for the purposes described below, for other reasons with your consent, or as required or authorized by law:

Ensure the delivery of our products and services. For instance, we may use your personal information to process your order(s) or return goods.

Manage our business activities. For example, we may use your personal information to improve our delivery process, product offerings, and services, or to detect fraud and other illegal activities.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our advertising communications, please let us know by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each commercial electronic message.

Comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. How We Share Your Personal information

We may share your personal information with the following categories of individuals, or otherwise with your consent, or as required or authorized by law:

Colabor Group entities, where such disclosure is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. In particular, this ensures the quality of the services and communications you receive from the various entities in the group.

Third parties in connection with the sale or transfer of our business or operations. We may decide to sell or transfer part or all of our business to a third party, merge with another entity, encumber our assets or conduct any other financing or strategic equity transactions (including insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings), carry out a restructuring, sell shares or make any other change of control. In this context, we may disclose your personal information when required to do so.

Our service providers, where such disclosure is necessary for the fulfillment of an agreement or contract and provided that Colabor has obtained a written commitment from the service provider to comply with specific privacy requirements.

Other individuals, where the disclosure of personal information is required or authorized by law.

5. How We Manage Your Consent

By providing us with personal information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information, for the purposes identified at the time of collection, if any, or thereafter, or for those described in this Policy. In certain circumstances, we may seek your consent after your personal information has been collected, particularly if Colabor wishes to use or disclose your information for purposes not previously identified.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, except for limited circumstances, such as when legal or regulatory requirements apply or because of your contractual obligations with us. When you withdraw your consent, Colabor may cease providing you with certain services, products or benefits. In such a case, you will be informed of the consequences of withdrawing your consent. 6. How We Protect Your Personal information

In order to protect the personal information you have entrusted to us, Colabor uses administrative, technical and physical security measures adapted to the sensitivity of the information. These measures are intended to protect your personal information against loss or theft, and against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, regardless of the format in which the information is stored.

7. Location of Personal information

In certain cases, the information stored on our service providers’ servers may be located in jurisdictions outside of Quebec and Canada. Accordingly, the information stored may be subject to the laws of these foreign jurisdictions, including laws which allow government authorities to access the information. In such cases, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated in accordance with the requirements of this Policy.

8. Retention Period for Personal information

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. When the intended use of personal information ceases, the information is destroyed, deleted or anonymized in a secure manner, unless we are legally authorized or required to retain it.

9. Cookies and Other Similar Technologies

We use cookies to collect certain technical information when you visit our Site. This information does not directly identify you and is used to improve the content of the Site and facilitate access to it. In particular, we use Google Analytics, which allows us to view information about a user’s activities, including the pages they visit, the source and the time they have spent on our Site. This information is de-identified and represented in numerical form, meaning that it cannot be used to identify the user. You can disable the use of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page.

10. Access To and Correction of Your Personal information

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal restrictions. Upon request, we will provide you with access to your personal information within a reasonable period of time, in accordance with applicable laws. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, correct and complete information. If you notice errors in your personal information or need to update it, you can request that it be corrected.

11. Amendments to this Policy

We may, from time to time, amend this Policy. Any changes will be effective upon publication of the modified version on our Site. The reference to the “Effective Date” at the beginning of the Policy indicates the date on which it was last updated.
